Ice Cream: Eat it right and enjoy it more

Ice cream should be consumed in accordance with the same criteria we apply to other foods. Ice cream, in particular, should be consumed at regular meal times and avoided between meals. We recommend that when eating ice cream, you enjoy it a little at a time. Pause between bites and do not take it in great gulps, allow yourself to relish its flavour and enjoy it as you eat.
